Make It Wearable
Fall in love with sewing and refashioning.
No Experience Needed!
Heart mended, hands on and full of fun.
Step into the world of creativity with our ‘Make it wearable’ beginners workshops, where sewing meets self expression and sustainability.
Whether you’ve never picked up a needle or you’re ready to breathe new life into well loved clothes, this is your space to explore, learn, and make with heart.
In a warm, relaxed environment, we’ll guide you through the basics from getting confident with a sewing machine to simple, soulful refashioning techniques. Think hemming, patching, and transforming preloved finds into pieces that are truly you.
Our workshops are all about slow fashion, personal style and the magic of mending or making something with your own two hands. What makes our workshops extra special? Peer to peer mentoring by you.
We believe everyone has something to share so whether you’re asking questions or offering tips, you’ll be part of a friendly, creative circle that supports and inspires each other every step of the way.
Our workshops are all about slow fashion, personal style and the joy of making, one heart filled stitch at a time.
We encourage you to bring your own garments, fabrics or forgotten treasures, anything you’d love to rework, refresh, or reimagine. We also welcome you to bring any tools or materials you already have so we can help you get the most out of what’s already in your hands and if you have a sewing machine, bring that along too! It’s always best to learn on the machine you’ll be using at home which we will help you to get to know it inside and out.
We will have a small amount of resources available and a couple of our own sewing machines too to share, please don’t feel like you can’t attend if you do not own your own machine, we are happy for you to use ours.
