Bring something unloved and leave with something you really want to wear.

This is a hands on, creative session for anyone who has ever looked at something in their wardrobe and thought, I can’t throw this away but I don’t know what to do with it. It could be a dress that no longer fits or a shirt that’s seen better days or something with too much sentimental value to discard but not enough wearability to keep as it is.

Together we will work out what your piece needs, an alteration, refashioning or reimagining, the creativity is endless and you will leave with something transformed. Something that tells a new story while honouring the old one.

This is slow fashion in its most honest and joyful form with no patterns, rules or pressure, just creativity, community and the quiet thrill of making something good from something you almost gave up on.

What’s included
All basic materials, tools and guidance are provided. Just bring the garment or textile you’d like to work on and an open mind.

People curious about upcycling and sustainable fashion.
Complete beginners and confident makers alike, all welcome.

Where & when
Small group sessions in Derbyshire, afternoon and evening dates throughout the year. Places are limited to keep sessions personal, relaxed and genuinely useful.
